Why Manu Needs To Be Out Of The WWE!
I wrote an article recently that expressed how much I am tired of people not expressing their opinions and just going with everyone else, as followers. Never sharing their own opinion.
So, since I walk what I talk, I am going to be truthful and share my opinion on Manu. Some of you may not have ever heard of him. And I didn't either until he came to WWE RAW.
The WWE was said to be high on him and since he was the son of Afa the Wild Samoan, he was going to be great. Well, were they wrong. See the WWE has had success with Samoan wrestlers.

At least ones that were of Samoan heritage. I mean you have Umaga, who is one of the better Smaoan wrestlers I have ever seen. Rikishi, despite being known for the stink face, he was an accomplished wrestler.
He was not by any means the best, but was pretty athletic for a big man. People at least I know him for falling off the Hell in a Cell onto a truck bed. Which we all know had a mattress underneath, but was pretty cool.
And how can you forget The Rock? One of the best of all time The Great One took the WWE by storm in the late 90s. He only wrestled full-time in the WWE for 6 or 7 years, but was still a multi-time World Champion.
Wrestling was in his blood, he was a third generation star. His dad Rocky Johnson who was the first black tag champion ever with Tony Atlas—who is really killing his legend with being Mark Henry's lacky.
And Johnson's father-in-law, another Samoan, High Chief Peter Maivia. And of course the Wild Samoans were apart of the Samoan legacy. Which brings me back to Manu. He is the latest of the Samoan wrestlers to hit the WWE.
The problem is that although he is Samoan, he is not a good performer or wrestler. If your going to pick on Cena's wrestling, look at Manu. He is relatively new to the WWE, so you may not be able to tell.
But he does the same old things in every match he is in. And what is that finisher? Oh ya, a flying headbutt? Please, it is not like Chris Benoit's from the top rope or anything.
He hits the rop and dives across the ring. That is it, plain and simple. He did impress me a little with his athletic moonsault he missed. But really it was the only time he actually had shown me anything.
I'm going to be honest here, he should be out of the WWE all together. He is not good at the promos, he just stands there. He can't wrestle that well, I mean, many think he is another Umaga.
But he's not even near Umaga's ability. I want him out. Many think he is a good member for Legacy as the muscle—sort of like Batista was with Evolution. But he is not even close to Batista's ability either.
He is just an annoyance to watch. I can't get into his matches, and without being next to Cody Rhodes he may not ever be in the WWE. He is only there as his protector really.
Again, just being honest here, but I don't think he will ever be a great singles star. Which everyone wants to be in the WWE, considering the World Titles in the WWE are singular not plural.
I know the history of his father, and while I like him I do not like Manu. Just because I liked him doesn't mean anything when it comes to his son. Manu will not be in the future plans of the WWE unless he really impresses me somehow.
It will be hard to do too. I am not easily taken. You show me something worth watching and I will give you respect Manu. But not until then.
