New World Heavyweight Champion
At Night of Champions, WWE will crown a new world heavyweight champion when Seth Rollins takes on AJ Styles in the finale of the company's inaugural tournament.
The recently introduced belt needs a viable winner to help build its credibility, and there is no loser in this situation. Both men are two of the most talented in-ring workers in WWE and have the characters to match.
As great as Styles has been throughout his WWE career, especially now that he has a group behind him with The O.C., it should be Rollins who walks out victorious as he is the company's top workhorse.
Few wrestlers in WWE history have performed on a more reliable basis than The Visionary, who is a true student of the game and continues to be one of the best parts of nearly every premium live event in which he's booked.
The match between the two fan favorites and independent wrestling darlings is sure to be an instant classic, and the result should be an inaugural world champion the company can be proud of moving into the summer.
Add in the fact that Rollins looks to have a role in the upcoming Captain America: New World Order movie, and allowing him to carry the title on his media tours would be a smart move for a company looking to build the belt's credibility.
Roman Reigns Gets Screwed
While there are several groups and individuals who could get involved, there is little doubt Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa will take the loss against Kevin Owens and Sammy Zayn when they battle for the tag team titles.
Paul Heyman has been doing a lot of backstage politicking, suddenly building allegiances with The Judgment Day and Imperium, and working out backroom deals. Eventually, though, all of this will blow up in The Tribal Chief's face.
At Night of Champions, the undisputed WWE universal champion will take a rare loss.
Instead of allowing a group of outsiders to ruin this marquee tag team match, it should be Jimmy and Jey Uso who get involved and "accidentally" cost their cousin his chance at the championships.
From there, Reigns and Sikoa should be furious with The Usos and begin a violent series of interactions that eventually culminate with all three brothers turning on Reigns and helping Cody Rhodes win the world titles at SummerSlam.
The road to Reigns' eventual downfall as The Tribal Chief starts with a tag team loss at Night of Champions.
