Booking Sami Zayn's WWE Title Match vs. Roman Reigns and Full Road to WrestleMania 39

Cody Rhodes may be getting a ton of love as he prepares for his match against undisputed WWE universal champion Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 39, but all eyes have shifted to Sami Zayn for the moment.

On Saturday, the WWE Elimination Chamber pay-per-view will emanate from Montreal, where Zayn is a local hero. As a child raised in the city's suburb of Laval, the always raucous crowd in the Canadian city will explode when his music hits.

On the road to Elimination Chamber and his championship match, The Master Strategist has stood up for himself against Reigns, Paul Heyman and the rest of The Bloodline while also teasing a continued friendship with Jey Uso.

While Rhodes is getting much-deserved love from the WWE Universe, Zayn is the biggest babyface in the company right now and will receive a thunderous welcome in Montreal.

Too bad for the challenger, though, as he will come out on the losing end on Saturday.

Zayn will put on an incredible match with Reigns, as the former Honorary Uce is one of the best in-ring technicians in the world. They will put on an absolute spectacle, but the defeat will actually help the losing contender on The Road to WrestleMania.

After Zayn softens up The Tribal Chief just enough for Rhodes to claim the world title at 'Mania, the WWE Universe will turn to the defeated challenger and wonder what's next for him. The answer will come in the form of a tag team championship match.

With The Master Strategist in the rearview mirror for The Bloodline as they shift their focus to Rhodes and helping Reigns defend his titles successfully, the Canadian should find a helping hand from former friend Kevin Owens.

KO will spend a few weeks helping Zayn regain his confidence before convincing him to challenge The Usos for the tag team titles at WrestleMania on April 1-2. With his secret friendship with Jey on the rocks, the bout would be full of emotion.

Between Zayn still working to trust Owens again and being torn about fighting a man he truly respects in Jey, the feelings involved in the potential tag team championship bout would make it worthy of main-eventing Night 1 of WrestleMania 39.

With Reigns being focused on Night 2 and his match against Rhodes, he will send Solo Sikoa to ensure The Usos successfully defend their titles.

When it looks as if Zayn and Owens are about to lose due to interference from Sikoa, KO's WrestleMania opponent from last year, "Stone Cold" Steve Austin, should make his way to the ring.

Austin should beat down Sikoa, providing enough of a distraction for Owens to take out Jimmy Uso while Zayn begrudgingly hits his finisher and pins Jey to win the titles.

The post-match celebration with Austin, Zayn and Owens would create an iconic moment for a Superstar who has been the centerpiece of the best storyline in recent WWE history.

Zayn may not win the world title, but he will get the WrestleMania moment he deserves.
