Prop Bet Guide
The wide range of Super Bowl prop bets allows you to bet on the performance of the players or on unique bets for the NFL's championship game.
For example, the result of the coin toss is one of the most popular props on the board. Heads and tails are both listed at +100. You can also bet on a team to win the coin toss and the game as well as only the specific team to win the coin toss.
A kick to hit a crossbar and the over/under on the jersey number of the first player to score a touchdown are among the other novelty props available.
As for the regular in-game props, Patrick Mahomes, Jalen Hurts and Travis Kelce should be the most popular athletes on the player prop market.
Mahomes and Kelce have previous Super Bowl appearances to go off for prop bets. Mahomes had 286 and 270 passing yards in his first two Super Bowls. He threw for two touchdowns and two interceptions against the San Francisco 49ers in the 2020 game and had two picks and zero scoring throws versus the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the 2021 game.
Mahomes' passing-yard prop is not yet up, but his touchdown passes prop is set at 2.5 with the over listed at +180 and the under at -220.
Kelce has 16 catches for 176 receiving yards and a touchdown in his two Super Bowl appearances. His 133-yard showing against Tampa Bay was part of the current run of eight straight 75-yard games in the postseason.
The Kansas City tight end's receiving yard prop is set at 78.5. The over could end up as one of the most popular props because of Kelce's sustained success.
As for the Eagles, Hurts' touchdown prop should be a popular selection. He ran for a score in each of Philadelphia's two postseason games for 15 rushing scores this season.
Hurts is listed at -105, the lowest price among all players, to score a touchdown inside State Farm Stadium.
A.J. Brown should be a popular prop target as well, but the under on his receiving yard prop of 72.5 yards could be targeted since he only has 50 receiving yards this postseason.
Other players will be targeted on the prop market, but a lot of attention will be paid to the stars on both sides who could end up as the biggest difference-makers in Super Bowl 57.
Predictions: Patrick Mahomes Over 1.5 Pass TDs, Jalen Hurts To Score a TD, Travis Kelce Over 78.5 Receiving Yards, A.J. Brown Under 72.5 Receiving Yards
