The Rock Praises Chiefs' Travis Kelce for Paying Homage to WWE Star At AFC Title Game
Travis Kelce's homage to The Rock didn't go unnoticed by the former WWE Superstar himself.
Following his team's 23-20 victory over the Cincinnati Bengals in the AFC Championship Game, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end called Cincinnati Mayor Aftab Pureval a "jabroni" and used one of The Rock's signature catchphrases.
Dwayne Johnson enjoyed the professional wrestling-style promo.

Pureval drew the ire of Kelce, his Chiefs teammates and fans of the franchise when he joked Joe Burrow should take a paternity test to see whether he was Partrick Mahomes' father. Burrow had gone 3-0 in his previous three meetings against Mahomes and Kansas City.
Unfortuntely for Pureval, he became an easy punching bag when Harrison Butker connected on a 45-yard field goal to send the Chiefs to Super Bowl LVII.
