WWE/UFC: Chris Jericho- "Brock Lesnar of Took a Dive" in UFC 141 Bout

Chris Jericho has been in WWE headlines for weeks ever since those mysterious 2012 videos began to play, but now he is finding press for a whole different reason. Jericho recently tweeted this:

"

Whether or not Jericho actually thinks Lesnar lost on purpose is in question as this may just be Y2J playing with his Twitter followers.

With Lesnar retiring from MMA, it has been heavily rumored he will consider a return to wrestling, bu this could be one wrestler who does not want to see Brock back in the ring.

Dana White has said that if Brock says he is done, then he is done, but it will be interesting to see if his remaining UFC contract holds up anything else Lesnar plans to do.

If he did intend a return to wrestling, then Jericho and Lesnar could end up with a real beef if he is serious about his statement of Lesnar taking a dive.

Jericho has been accused of adding gas to the fire when it comes to his rumored return tomorrow night on Raw, but now he is poking the bear on the other side of the fire.

Brock taking a dive is very unlikely for several reasons. If it was proven, he would be ruined in the world of fighting sports and his ability to go anywhere else without that stigma would be slim.

I do not think Brock took a dive, but I do think he is suffering far worse from his bouts with diverticulitis than he had let on. The match just did not look competitive enough.

The sluggish performance by Lesnar could have made Jericho feel like he was not actually trying, but we will never really know why he said Lesnar took a dive.

What I am most interested to see is how Brock responds to this. Will he bother to even exchange words with Jericho? Will he deny it, or will he beat around the bush?

One other interesting possibility is that Jericho is trying to set up a possible feud should the two ever be back in WWE at the same time.

Whatever the case may be, Jericho is not known for being tight-lipped, so it should come as no surprise to anyone that he shared an opinion this candid.
