Fantasy Football Week 10 Rankings: Top Pickups After Latest Injuries
Waist-deep in the NFL season, byes and injuries turn each week into a new obstacle course for fantasy managers. Week 10 is no exception, with fantasy superstar Josh Allen headlining a list of players with questionable health.
While Allen is joined by fellow quarterbacks Matthew Stafford and Kyler Murray with "Q" designations this Sunday, a number of fantasy contributors have already been marked out—including tight end David Njoku and wide receivers Keenan Allen and Mike Williams.
Fortunately, there are a number of options who are widely available on the waiver wire to step up for managers in need. At the top of that list are Jimmy Garoppolo, Wan'Dale Robinson and Greg Dulcich. Each is only rostered in about 50 percent of leagues, per FantasyPros, so make sure to check your league's pool.

Jimmy Garoppolo, QB, San Francisco 49ers
2 of 4
If you're looking to replace Allen, Murray or Stafford—even if he ends up being healthy enough to play—look no further than Jimmy G. While he's not the most talented gunslinger around, Garoppolo can get the ball out quickly when he's not asked to throw too far downfield and, given the 49ers' weapons, that's all he needs to do.
San Francisco already had a number of YAC (yards after the catch) menaces with Deebo Samuel, George Kittle and Brandon Aiyuk. Then, they added Christian McCaffrey to the arsenal. In CMC's first full snap count with the 49ers in Week 8, he put up three touchdowns. General manager John Lynch said he and Jimmy G were building "incredible synergy" during the Week 9 bye, per NBC Sports' Matt Maiocco.
Faced with the injury-depleted Los Angeles Chargers in Week 10 (and the beatable Arizona Cardinals, New Orleans Saints and Miami Dolphins afterward), Garoppolo has an incredibly high floor as a fantasy QB. He's rostered in 41 percent of leagues, but that number is destined to move skyward as his dump-offs to Pro Bowlers turn into easy points for fantasy teams.
Wan'Dale Robinson, WR, New York Giants
3 of 4
Robinson is only rostered in 27.5 percent of leagues, and that...is a travesty. Fantasy managers love highly touted rookie receivers almost as much as they love opportunity, and Robinson is a perfect mix of the two.
A second-round draft pick by the New York Giants' new regime in 2022, Robinson's season has been derailed by injury, but he's coming off of a bye at the perfect time. In his expected return to health, the Giants are devoid of any premier pass-catchers on offense—meaning a clear pathway is opening up for their pedigree receiver.
Of New York's active receivers, none have scored more than one touchdown this season, and all average fewer than four targets per contest. Despite playing just four games this season, with fewer than 70 percent of the snaps in each, we've already seen Wan'Dale put up a game with a touchdown and a game with eight targets in the past few weeks.
Blessed with health, the team's draft capital and flashes of production, Robinson should be even more integrated into the offense for a comfortable matchup against the Houston Texans in Week 10. This might be the last time you can pick him up for free.
Greg Dulcich, TE, Denver Broncos
4 of 4
It's tough at tight end, so there's a strong chance Dulcich won't be available in your league, as he's already rostered in 52.3 percent even after a Week 9 bye. But, if he's there to sign, scoop him up.
Since making his season debut in Week 6, the Denver Broncos rookie has amassed 17 targets for 12 catches, 182 yards and a touchdown. That might not sound like a lot, but it's a rough fantasy position and, in half-points-per-reception leagues, he's been a top-12 tight end in each week he's played.
Coming off of the bye, Dulcich's chemistry with Russell Wilson could be even better moving forward. He's an automatic pickup for people reeling from Njoku's injury, but if he's not available, then look to the New Orleans Saints' Juwan Johnson (10.3 percent) for a spot start, as he's hit 10-plus fantasy points in two of his last three weeks.
