Little League World Series 2022: Latest Schedule, TV Info and Bracket Predictions
Just three days of games are left until baseball fans worldwide will be able to see the final two teams battle it out for the Little League World Series championship.
But before Sunday's title showdown, there are two games on the schedule for Thursday.
In addition to Matamoros (Mexico) vs. Willemstad (Curaçao) and Nolensville (Tennessee) vs. Pearland (Texas), fans will get to see the youngsters belt as many dingers as they can in the Home Run Derby.
But while the Derby is played on Thursday, it won't be televised until Friday.
As for the games, Matamoros and Nolensville will be trying to bounce back from losses, and Willemstad and Pearland will be looking to get another win.
Here's the latest look at how to watch the two LLWS games and a couple of predictions.
Thursday Schedule
1 of 4
Mexico Region vs. Caribbean Region
2 of 4
Willemstad (Caribbean) was led by Davey-Jay Rijke, who totaled three hits in four at-bats and had a great day on the mound.
He pitched for six innings, struck out 15, walked zero and allowed only four hits and two runs.
The team will need another top-tier performance from Rijke and Jay-Dlynn Wiel to get its second straight win.
Matamoros (Mexico) is coming off a 5-1 loss to Asia-Pacific on Wednesday. The game fell apart for them late in the fourth inning.
They'll need to keep the errors at bay and have a better day hitting the ball to beat the Caribbean team.
Prediction: Willemstad, Curaçao
Home Run Derby
3 of 4
Thursday marks the fourth annual T-Mobile Little League Home Run Derby at Volunteer Stadium in Williamsport, Pennsylvania.
"Since it launched in 2019, the T-Mobile Little League Home Run Derby has been an incredible opportunity for children all across the United States to step out on to the field and swing just like their heroes," Little League President and CEO Stephen D. Keener said in a statement.
"Thanks to this great opportunity, children now get to experience the Little League program in a unique and different way."
Eight of the best sluggers from around the nation will step to the plate and swing for the fences to see who'll take home the championship trophy.
The event will begin at 5 pm EST and will air on television the next day.

Southeast Region vs. Southwest Region
4 of 4
Southwest beat Mid-Atlantic 8-4 on Wednesday after a strong showing that included three home runs from Jacob Zurek (one in the second inning), Manny Castillo (one in the fifth) and Kaiden Shelton (one in the sixth).
The team from Pearland, Texas, will try to build on their 3-1 record by besting Southeast, who is coming off a blowout 13-0 loss to West.
Wright Martin was the lone bright spot for the squad out of Nolensville, Tennessee.
He had a single in the second inning, but it was for naught as West's two pitchers threw a shutout from the mound.
Southwest has won two in a row, so it will be tough for Southeast to put the kibosh on their winning ways.
Prediction: Pearland, Texas
