I didn't find the question to be placed in an inappropriate place. It was cool with me, we're talking football and I have nothing but love for Lyle Alzado he was a beast and a player I loved seeing in silver and black.

Hmm. Well, the first obvious place would be either Ebay, under Alzado, possibly playboy.
The second site, may be through playboy, as they keep a lot of their original work on hand, and may still have the image in a database somewhere.
There's also some random places, possibly Touchdown-Treasures, that sometimes has some rare pieces surface.
Lastly, using the Google Engine, and doing some general searches, Alzado, Super Bowl, Redskins, Jersey, Playboy might turn of something, or any variety of those searches. Good luck, I'm still trying to lock down the 1984 January issue with Squirek on the cover....I've got his autograph on a ticket, I'd put it with the magazine.
