Joe Anthony is a co-host of the afternoon drive show, 'The Upper Deck' as well as the Executive Producer and regular contributor to the Thom Abraham Show in Nashville, TN. Anthony, 25, was born and raised in New York, spending time in Florida and Alabama on his way to calling middle Tennessee home. Being one of nine kids, Anthony spent his youth searching for a voice.
Anthony attended The University of Alabama as well as Middle Tennessee State for Boradcast Journalism. While in college he worked on Nick Saban's first coaching staff with the Crimson Tide as a student assistant, before being offered a scholarship by Rick Stockstill and the Blue Raiders. At 22 he started a successful web design/marketing business with family members, but soon found his way back to sports.
Joe and his wife Ashley have a 1 year old daughter, Giuliana. They are expecting their first son in July.
I was raised a die-hard Browns and Yankees Fan. The Browns are a never ending source of dispair in my life, but I find solace in working with the Titans as well. I also grew up pulling for Notre Dame on Saturday's. Alabama is my second love, after working on staff there.
When I'm not spending time with my family, you can either find me working- or at the Golf Course...
