Pamela: You (and I) made numerous comments on Cedrick's article on USC (and the PAC-10). One of the comments I challenged our buddy Derek on was that the academic standards of the SEC were "significantly lower" than any other major conference. I did some research and found that the SEC has a better academic score than the PAC-10. I let Derek know and thought you might find it entertaining.
