Brian's Bio

Born and raised in the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan, I have been a sports FANATIC closely following the action in Motown for years. Even with his current residence being in Southern California, I continue to closely follow my favorite teams. Even though the Red Wings provide me with at least some hope for the city I once called home, the Lions, Tigers and Pistons have me feeling like I got hit by a truck. Where could Detroit have gone so horribly off course? With a passion for sports, and a matching love for writing, I dream of one day telling my kids to NEVER root for Detroit teams. As T.I. so perfectly put it, I feel my writing is "immaculately polished with the spirit of a hustler and the swagger of a college kid."

Detroit sports fans, you are not alone in your anguish. This is our year. We are due.
