Evan's Bio

I'm a Bay Area man through and through, born in San Francisco, and raised in the East Bay. I've always had a passion for baseball, but my playing days are behind me. I'm a Giants, Niners, and Warriors fan, but respect A's baseball and have a love/hate relationship with the Raiders. I'm a sophomore at UC Berkeley, and I've always been way into college football, but baseball is primarily my focus, especially in writing. Its easy to call me a homer for the Giants, but I'll be the first to tell you all their mistakes over the years. I want to stay around the game, and it looks like this is how I'll be doing it.

  1. i see you have editing abilities.

take a look at the most recent one i posted and give it the things it needs to get it out there.

  2. Sorry I haven't been writing much Giants, I've been really busy with my hockey radio show lately. But I did write something tonight...

  3. You got it. I enjoyed doing the Giants all-time team so that's another thing to look at if you haven't already. I understand what you mean about the traffic though. Obviously there aren't five people writing game recaps like the Yankees page. It's just something that will depend on the team's success I bet.

  4. Sorry for the late reply. Sure, I'll do it if you want, I follow the Giants organization pretty closely in the minors because the promotion schedules are so backward it's unbelieveable, so I have plenty to say about them. You can email me at stoltznh@yahoo.com whenever you want me to participate. Thanks!

  5. When is the round table gonna be up?

  6. Sounds good man, my email is mznrth@yahoo.com

  7. Sure! My email address: creclosado@bleacherreport.com

  10. Sure, a roundtable sounds great. My email address is:

Let me know of all the details, I'd be glad to join in. Only reason I haven't been writing much Giants is because of hockey free agency. But once the summer gets deeper I'll be covering the Giants more regularly.

  11. Thanks for the kind words! And thanks for becoming a fan!

  12. Sweet man, I play baseball just like you, assuming your number 11 in the picture. Yeah, I'm not close minded when it comes to sports like many people here in LA. You may be a Giants fan, but I'm not gonna hold anything against you, nor would I look down on you. I think its purely stupid when fans from opposing teams act like jerks towards each other. I'm in the process of reading all your articles. I'll probably finish the Lakers game here and check em out. Peace

  13. Glad to hear of your support of the Buckeyes, keep on writing!

  14. also, i really would like like a breakdown of who this catcher the giants just drafted is... is he as good as his numbers/when is will we actually see him on the team etc... your insight would be appreciated

  15. Superb giants work. Proud for you to represent our giants as the community leader
