About Matt »

I am Matt Smith and I am a sports junkie. I am a die hard Lakers, Raiders, Dodgers, USC Football and UCLA Basketball fan. As you can guess I am a California guy but beyond that I just love to watch great athletes, Track and Field, Boxing, Tennis, Soccer, Golf I can't get enough. I think I am pretty fair minded, and I have a healthy amount of respect for top level athletes, Pro, Collegiate, Olympic even neighborhood weekend warriors. I love to debate especially with knowledgeable fair minded people, whether I agree with them or not, I love a smart debate/discussion. As far as my own athletic ability, well I set a mean pick and if you cut to the basket I will see you and hit you but I'm a much better fan than I ever was a player. I consider myself to be a sports historian and a sports expert, that's my story and I'm sticking to it.
