  1. PHILLLLL! What's up, my man? How re you and the girls doing?

Across the nation, reviewers are spreading the word that Memphis is no longer going to be a national power in 2009-’10. I’m here to tell everyone that such notions are short-sighted:

    http://bleacherreport.com/articles/265982-underestimate-memphis-at-your-own-risk-in-2009-10

Take a look and see what you think! Comments are encouraged and appreciated.

  2. Phil!! What's going on, my man? We've gotta do lunch one day next week, dude!

I decided to write my take on the Derrick Rose SAT situation. Give it a once over if you have some time today:

    http://bleacherreport.com/articles/240673-memphis-appealing-ncaa-decision-but-is-that-enough

I'm ready to move on and start the Patner era! Is that too much to ask? lol

  3. I have never really watched much golf in my life. In fact, I have often joked that the surest path to a Sunday nap is having golf on TV. Who isnt seduced into relaxation with the typical soft voices of announcers and birds chirping?

However, yesterday was different... As much as I wanted to drift off, I couldnt tear myself away. That was an epic battle between Woods and Yang.

After reading all of the posts about race, I think those fans truly miss the point. This was an incredible match of professional golfers. One happened to be Korean and the other American. I once lived in the wonderful country of Korea and I'm quite certain the people are VERY proud!

As for me, I'm hoping for more Sundays like yesterday. I might even take up the game of golf.

  4. Hey Phil! You still alive? LOL

I tell the tale of Memphis' own Lester Hudson and call him the steal of the draft:

    http://bleacherreport.com/articles/210365-boston-celtics-get-steal-of-the-draft-at-no-58-lester-hudson

Stop by and take a look if you get a minute, my man!

  5. Hi Phil - how's life treating you, my friend?

I published an article that I would really love to get more reads for. I think the message in it is inspirational, one that I think everyone can relate to:

If you get a moment, stop by and take a look. Thanks in advance.

  11. Hi Phil!

We're all still recovering from the shock of John Calipari leaving us for Kentucky. I think it’s a good lesson for fans of all college basketball teams:

Please give it a read when you have a minute. I’d love to get your thoughts! Thanks.
