About

Greetings, Jacks Ryan here. I am one of the biggest football fans east of the Mississippi. There isn't a single Sunday that you won't find me watching or attending a football game. I live just east of Packerland. I enjoy Packer football. I also am a huge fan of the Brewers and the Sacramento Kings. Yes I know, I am a bandwagon jumper (i.e., sarcasm). I make many, many previews of drafts before they come around. If there is one thing I am better than you at, it is March Madness brackets. I won every tournament I was in last year. I put down the Spartans and Heels and "SHa-BaMM!" There it was. Have a good life kids. Stay tuned for any upcoming articles; you won't want to miss them.

Short List

  • Favorite Athletes

Mike Bibby, Aaron Rodgers, Ray Lewis, Vernon Davis, and Alex Rodriguez

  • Favorite Sports Teams

Green Bay Packers, Sacramento Kings, Milwaukee Brewers, Cleveland Browns

  • Favorite Coaches

Bill Cowher, Jon Gruden, Phil Jackson, Bobby Knight, Mike Singletary, Mike Holmgren, Jim Mora, Vince Lombardi, Hank Stram, Bill Parcells

  • All Time Sports Moment

David Tyree's amazing Super Bowl catch

  • Most Memorable Game Attended

Packers vs Bears in 2008 final score: GB 35 CHI 3

  • Most Unbreakable Sports Record

Jerry Rice's touchdown record, or anything that Cy Yound holds

  • Ruth or Mays?

Ruth was amazing before the game really even developed.

  • Unitas or Montana?

Montana was the better quarterback, but Unitas had everything you look for in a signal caller.

  • Jordan or Russell?

Russell was the one guy no team ever wanted to play against, because they knew they would get shut down game after game.

  • Gretzky or Orr?

Stats don't lie. Gretzky all the way.

  • Pele or Maradona?

I don't think anyone can question that Pele is the greatest soccer player of all-time.

  • Federer or Sampras?

Federer is the most dominant athlete of the 21st century, so it is him hands down.

  • Tiger or Nicklaus?

Nicklaus, considering Tiger ruined his career with the scandals, and it will be hard for him to overtake Nicklaus now.

  • Petty or Earnhardt?

Earnhardt. Petty was dominant in an era with few great drivers.

  • Schumacher or Senna?

    Who?

  • ACC, Big 12, Big East, Big Ten, Pac-12 or SEC?

SEC is the most dominant conference in sports, professional or collegiate.

I am really pleased with the reaction to this article I wrote last night, just to blow off steam from a long day at work. I didn't really pimp it at all, but since it's gotten a good response I thought I would push a bit. Take a look if you have time today. Thanks

I just finished a top ten list from the 65 series played in MLB, NHL, and NBA this decade that actually went the full seven games. I wanted to place the Bulls/Celtics first round series in a historical context. Please check it out if you have a chance. Thanks
