About

I grew up in Allentown, PA. My family has always been Eagles fans since b4 i can remember. My first game was in (i think 1978) against the Chicago Bears. The Vet was freezing that day. We had box seats on the field, but ended up standing a level up cause guys like Harold Charmichael were blocking the view...I was at the Last Monday night game at the Vet against the Giants. It was Intense....My most recent was at Candlestick park in San Francisco. (Candlestick is oddly similar to the Vet) cold and drafty. There are many more in between, a lot of time in the fall spent on Eagles talk and speculation. I pretty much bleed green during the season..

In a sport where guys start to show their age in their early to mid 30s, the Phillies' Jamie Moyer is a physical freak of nature. In a good way.

In a perfect world, players like Brian Dawkins and Marvin Harrison would retire with the teams for which they had spent their whole career.

    Not so in the NFL...

This past weekend, the Eagles signed Leonard Weaver to a one-year deal to be the team's starting fullback. No more converted defensive tackles - we finally have a reliable fullback with experience!
