Joe was born and raised in Queens, NY and has been involved in Martial Arts since he was 13 years old and holds the rank of 2nd Dan Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and is a former Assistant Instructor. He also is a Green Belt in Judo. He competed in Judo for the Northeastern University Judo Team in the New England and Northeast areas and has won various men's senior novice regional championships. He recently received his Bachelor's of Science in Rehabilitation Sciences in May 2009 from Northeastern University in Boston. He is currently an Emergency Medical Technician in New York City and is studying to be a Paramedic also in New York. He enjoys rock music, reading, indie films, relaxing with friends, and working out.
