It's time to put this theory to rest: Michael Vick will not be a Jacksonville Jaguar.

Please let me know what you think about my strong opinion by providing your excellent comments.

Thanks,

ro

Will do, Michael. We're going to set it up as a weekly contest sort of competition so that we can have as many players in the league/contest as possible. I'll shoot you a B/R message or email when we have it all worked out. Thanks for dropping me a note.

Hey Michael,

A couple months ago a man from Fayattesville, Arkansas emailed ESPN writer Bill Simmons about when he met Morgan Freeman. Instead of asking the Academy Award winning actor for an autograph, the man came up with the ingenous idea of asking Morgan Freeman to record a voicemail message for him.

It got me thinking, which athletes would have the potential for leaving the best voicemail? What would they say?

Let me know what you think if you get a chance, if not no worries.

Wow, Michael, you took a major hit on that Favre article. Vicious! Well, you were good to keep it clean and not engage in too much of the vulgar behavior. I actually thought you articulated yourself pretty well. The slideshow was never meant to be anything more than one ex-fans opinon on how and why Favre is no longer the guy he loves. I think some people, in your case about three, took it a little further than it was intended and that's unfortunate. Either way, I'm all about being the fan of another Dawg lover. GATA my man and thanks for becoming my fan!!

Hey Michael, I'm glad you posted on my BB because I wanted to go back and look at the posts and see how ugly it got.

Arreola and company are partially right. Some it cannot be blamed on Favre and just needs to be blamed on the slobbering media. (And it's a lot more than just Madden in the booth.) I always remind myself of this.

That being said, Favre seems to enjoy to coverage and is a publicity seeking whore. I understand also that he may not want or even need Training Camp but I just don't like the way he had strung the Packers along the last few years.

And I get that he may not have the same interests as younger players but he is the leader of the offense and needs to fit in. Plus, what more could they have in common than the game of Football!?

Not to mention I absolutely hate the Packers and have been rooting against Brett even going back to the SB against NE. ha
