In late October '06 HSBC Arena: Sabres 9 Flyers 1 I remember this the most because of the excitement in the arena and the feeling that this year would be the year. Oh and Ken Hitchcock press conference quote after Robert Esche surrendered all 9 goals, "Robert Esche played great!".
