Born in the Redwoods in Humboldt County, California, I've made my way down to the sunshine in San Diego. An avid Chargers and Padres fan, I'd consider myself more of a sports enthusiast above all else.

A Communication major and graduating in May from the University of San Diego, I've enjoyed covering the USD men's basketball team while also interning at the Union-Tribune newspaper in the sports department.

My recent interview with former USC LB and current NFL Draft prospect Rey Maualuga was featured on CBSsports.com on the NFL cover page on March 31st.
