Ryan's Bio

Born and raised on the mean streets of the suburbs of Cincinnati Ohio. Forever a Buckeyes, Reds and Bengals fan, but after living in Phoenix and Orange County California, I also follow the Suns, Angels and Ducks.

I graduated from Chapman University in Orange County in 2006 with a BA in English and emphasis in journalism. I toiled in the news, sports and opinions departments on the campus newspaper, "The Panther" for three years. I also freelanced for the Orange County Register's sports department, covering high school football games for three years.

Moved back to Phoenix after five years of paying too much to live in Southern California and have no idea what to do with myself during the college football offseason.

In addition, I wallow in pessimism when it comes to my favorite teams.
