WE DONT KNOW THAT ..PHIL NURSE USES BREATHING TECHNIQUE's it evolves one hand on the back moving in a circular motion the vas would have been a small dab on the back of Phils left hand..which he uses like a painters pallet *this isn't a case of squirting ON A GALLON Hawaiian tropic ..WHICH IM sure Penn does every day befor he goes out in the hot Hilo sun..
