About

I was conceived, born, and raised right here in the Los Angeles area and have never lived any where else. In fact, even during my 4 year hitch in the Navy, my permanent duty stations were all in Southern California. You guessed it, I joined the Navy to see the world.

I've been happily married to my lovely wife for over 40 years. I recently retired and have been getting on my wife's nerves ever since. So, to stay out of her hair, I play around in the garden a bit. You know... Feed the flowers so the weeds can grow big enough to recognize and be pulled. I play an occassional game of golf just so I can keep myself familiar with strategic profanity. Lastly, I'm on the computer a few hours every day. A lot of this computer time is spent researching my family tree. I haven't found any thieves or murderers in my limb of the tree yet. Well, at least, none that were convicted. Knowing my family, they would have bribed the judge and jury anyway.

Now I've added the Bleacher Report to my computer calendar. I hope spend a lot of time here to become an active member and look forward to many pleasurable hours and the fellowship it promises.

Thanks for the props Shaboom (2013 recruiting article). A Navy man...I did the Air Force for 12, then got out to work at McDonnell Douglas/Boeing for another 25. Not done working yet, I have four in college and two in high school. So I have a ways to go until I find true happiness like you. lol.

It has some comparisons to USC but it is currently located on the OSU site. I would be interested in your comments if you have time.

What a day to make my debut in the press box as the Dodgers were abused by Felix Hernandez and the Mariners. The good, bad and ugly are here for you:

    Greetings baseball fans and friends!

I present a slide show of events from June 15th, when the Dodgers held an event which allows fans to come onto the field to hit, pitch, and field. There are some behind the scenes shots as well.
