As a well rounded, ivy-league educated, successful business executive Meg brings a diverse and unique background to covering MMA. Her trenchant business, analytical and healthcare background is a plus to covering the MMA. Meg is interested in seeing the women’s MMA grow to become a billion dollar industry and she is keen on sharing the positive sides of the sport as witnessed by her pieces on bullying, concussion policies in the MMA and self-defense benefits to women and children.
Megs dream is to see a UFC match in Madison Square Garden where since age 5 she has been a regular blue seat holder watching her beloved NY Rangers. Meg even marched in the Stanley Cup parade back in 1994 with the blues.

Hi Meg - yes, we're on different ends of the business I think, but I am also in the healthcare industry - pharmaceuticals, so I am interested in physiology/health aspects of the sport as well. Have been mulling the idea of contributing a B/R article on steroids - one of my pet peeves, as you might guess from my profile pic ;-).
