About

Such a die-hard Pistons fan that I unconsciously drop George Blaha catchphrases into conversational speech.

Short List

  • Favorite Athletes

Isiah Thomas, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Ray Lewis, Shaun Alexander, Chauncey Billups, Magic Johnson

  • Favorite Sports Teams

    Detroit Pistons, USC Trojans Football

  • Favorite Coaches

Chuck Daly, Pete Carroll, Larry Brown

  • All-Time Sports Moment

USA's Miracle on Ice, but the greatest that I've witnessed was the Giant's upset over the Patriots in XLII

  • Most Memorable Game Attended

Stanford 34, USC 27 in triple overtime. My team lost but taking them to three overtimes as the serious underdogs was a phenomenal experience.

  • Most Unbreakable Sports Record

Kareem Abdul-Jabbar's all-time scoring record. Broke it 14 years into his career and spent the next six years solidifying it. Greatest ever.

  • Ruth or Mays?

    Mays

  • Unitas or Montana?

    Unitas

  • Jordan or Russell?

    Jordan

  • Gretzky or Orr?

Not big on hockey, and not douchey enough to pick Gretzky simply because of his name.

  • Pele or Maradona?

    Maradona

  • Federer or Sampras?

    Federer

  • ACC, Big 12, Big East, Big Ten, Pac-12 or SEC?

Pac-12 for all the great California showdowns. As an SC fan there's no greater pleasure than taking down the other schools in the state.

Thank you so much for your good wishes and support...it's a pleasure hearing from you again! I'll try to keep things interesting, but I have a feeling I'll get some help from the guys on the floor this season...!

Shomik, I am grateful and happy that you enjoyed it and thought enough of it to make it a favorite. Two preseason games in, I am very happy overall with what I'm seeing Frank try, and with Drummond's play.

    Thanks again!
