Basically I'm an Irish Kid living in MD, and decided to get writing seeing as this will be the first time that I've been in the states for an entire baseball season so I plan on covering the Padres, with a bit of nationals stuff thrown in for good measure and then some random titbits as the year goes on.
I feel in love with the pads during summers in Socal during college and despite the fact that they lost 99 games last year and are shaving $30 million off their salary for the year in an effort to save John Moores some money in his divorce from wife, Becky, I am still keeping the faith.
Hopefully Gonzalez, Headley, Kouuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuzzzzzzzzzzz et all give me something to cheer about and hopefully Peavy will be there for the ride too! DON'T trade #44!
