Are the 2009-10 Philadelphia Flyers shaping up to follow in the footsteps of the Broad Street Bullies?

I thought you might be interested in reading this. I'm pre-empting the NHL's announcement, scheduled for sometime next week.

Nice picture by the way, THE KING.
Need a little help from the Islanders down the last leg of the season.
As a Rangers fan, I don't fear Carolina nearly as much as a I fear playing a team like Ottawa or New Jersey in the first round of the playoffs. Washington is going to make a push now for the divison and the idea of Oveckin in the 1st round doesn't seem that appealing to Rangers fan either.
We surely could use Betts back, so hopefully a quick recovery could help propell a deep run into the playoffs.

Wow, not to sound ageist, but my jaw dropped when I saw that you're 16. Your article was smart and had the in-depth detail and analysis that one normally doesn't see from someone under the age of 25. Keep up the great work and I look forward to more pieces from you.
P.S. Good call about Brodeur, the man's not human, especially in the playoffs.
