The name is Jeff Laniado and I come from a small town in New Jersey just outside New York City.

I currently attend William Paterson University as a marketing major and am the sports editor for "The Beacon", WPU's newspaper.

As an avid sports fan I will use B/R to discuss different topics pertaining to professional and college sports. The posts will range from rankings to columns to feature stories.

The coverage will be predominately about my "hometown teams" (Rangers, Yankees, Jets, Knicks) although I will address various issues throughout the sporting world.

    Jeff great read on N.Y.'s 4th line. You have hit the nail on the head. With the 4th lines' energy, they should go long into the playoffs if Torts does the right thing and increases their ice time. You cannot argue with their play. It is evident every shift.
