Deb Lagarde

Miami Dolphins fan since the beginning of the Shula Era, originally from Long Island, New York (brother's a Jets fan, late dad a Giants fan...daughter likes Patriots, and my husband hates football!). As a result I follow all AFC East teams. Son's an Sea Aggie so I also follow Texas A & M. Live in far west Texas, but do not root for the Cowboys, never have and never will. Homeschooling mom, former high school math teacher. Can write about NFL in general and do so at FOX Sports, but am mostly qualified to write about AFC East. And, no, men, I am not on meds!

Pick your pleasure. You can either check out my recap of the fabulous Dolphins win over the Panthers last night, or my preview of the upcoming contest between the Heat and the Raptors; or you could check them both out.

If you have the time to check either of them out, let me know what you think…lol

    As always, thanks a bunch,

Hey Deb, hope all is going well.

I'd appreciate it if you could give this article a look:

Thanks! (And thanks for the fan add!)

Haha, Thanks Deb! Glad you enjoyed my work.

However, I am not a Harvard grad. That was just sarcasm. I actually graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Psychology degree, lol. Not the same prestige, but I guess it works. :)

Look forward to reading some more of your work in the future as well!

Apologies for the blast promotion, but this is less about getting my article out as it is about getting this kid's story to the masses.

He's been facing long odds since HS and continues to prove he belongs—having just been drafted by the SF Giants in the 36th round. Now, he's got another improbable climb to the Show, but he sounds like the kind of guy we should be rooting for:
