Chad Pennington: One Recovery Away From an Unprecedented Accomplishment
09/28/2009
Hey folks. My name is Joe and I am 24. I am a huge fan of the Kansas City Royals, Kansas City Chiefs and the Kansas Jayhawks. I've watched all three for as long as I can remember. The Royals won the world series the year I was born. I have a room in my house dedicated to sports memorabilia, the main focus is my collection of cards, pictures, posters, pennants, and baseballs from the 1985 World series complete with multiple copies of each players autographs. However, my most prized possession is an autographed picture of Bob Feller. I decided to write for bleacher report because I think I have a lot of thoughts and input on certain situations that I believe people would like to read. I will do my best to make every article I write informative and entertaining.
Hi Joe
I think MLB needs to revamp their structure and their schedule. What do you think?

Hello Joe, here is the follow up article on George Martin. I would appreciate it if you would take a look at it and leave your support in the comment area. Feel free to pass it around. Thanks!

Hi Joe
Should the Baseball Hall of Fame concern itself with off-the-field antics? I say no, what is your opinion?

Hey Joe,
Mark Buerhle's superhuman performance on Thursday brought back great memories for me of the last American League pitcher prior to pitch a perfect game. On July 18th, 1999, I watched my favorite player David Cone add his name to a hallowed list. Only nine years old, it was a mesmerizing moment much like my first time at Disney World. And in this article, I relived it!

Hey,
After the great success of my first article about the uniform numbers 1-10, I have come back with the next installment, with the best players to wear the uniform numbers 11-20. I hope you can take a look and even comment on my choices. Thanks in advance!

This is my best friend in the world. Plus he can write a mean article. Check him out. If you say something nice, I'm sure he will mention you on his weekly sports talk show here in Vegas and worldwide on the www. He is paying me to do this.

The post was in response to your comment on a McNair article Saturday: "what does the Qb do in hockey? is he the one in the goal?"
The thing was that the author had some typos throughout the article, which I edited later. I was just pointing out that you can fix these things yourself when they're so obvious, rather than commenting on them. I find guys like when you do that, that's all.
As I said before, no offense intended.

Dude, no offense, but just so you know, you don't have to be an editor to click on the red Edit This Article button to the right of the article and make the corrections. I'm not an editor, but I sometimes do that. Like I said, bro, no offense, a lot of people don't know this.
BTW, good luck with Cassel. I wouldn't get my hopes up too high, but who knows?

Joe, what do you think we can expect out of Matt Cassel? Will he pay off in the end? I'd love any feedback you may have.

Hey Joe,
A couple months ago a man from Fayattesville, Arkansas emailed ESPN writer Bill Simmons about when he met Morgan Freeman. Instead of asking the Academy Award winning actor for an autograph, the man came up with the ingenous idea of asking Morgan Freeman to record a voicemail message for him.
It got me thinking, which athletes would have the potential for leaving the best voicemail? What would they say?

Hey Joe,
People of my generation look at them fondly as the players they watched as little kids, people of other generations may just look at them as great players. I created a slide show highlighting the best players of the 1990's. If you get a chance, take a look, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

Hey Joe,
There was a touching moment in the Mariners game last night, made possible by the best pitcher I've ever gotten to watch - Randy Johnson. Watching history unfold inspired to me take a look at his incredible career and count down his five best moments, in my eyes. If you get a chance, take a look at it, I'd appreciate it. Thanks a lot.
