Mayweather Calls Out Pacquiao
11/17/2009
I’m probably a bit of a rarity. A Brit, who is obsessed with pro football, and various other American sports.
I make a few trips to the States every year, to watch the Redskins. I should state, I’m not a Redskins fan, I just get free flights to our Washington office, for my job, so I check out Washington sports when I’m there! That and the now yearly NFL games in London.
I’m generally an Eagles man, but also have a soft spot for the Chiefs. I like to see both do well.
Basketball, I follow the Celtics, being half Irish. Red Sox for Baseball. Again, the Boston thing. Mayflower, Boston Tea Party and all that. It’s about as close a link us Brits have to a US city. I should really follow the Patriots as well, but hey, that would be too predictable.
I also of course follow most English sports as well. Football, I support Newcastle Utd. I also like Cricket.
Work wise, I actually work in the writing/ publishing already, for a newspaper in the UK. I just enjoy the occasional blog every now and then. Less editorial constraint.
Hey Captain
Check my new article- it may be on the horizon but it should be shelved.

Bitter about losing the bet you made on the Pacquiao-Cotto fight? Or has that Hatton 2-round defeat by Pacquiao made you jealous?
Must have had too much to drink over the weekend. That's why you don't have your facts straight-you can't think straight.
Figured you out.

Captain,
I know your a Cotto hater (Hahaha), but this one isn't about who is better. Just some food for thought.
Would Pac be as successful had Cotto never lossed? How are they connected?
Consider this:

Take a read and give it some thought...

You did it again, didn't you, Cappy? Got involved in an argument that was none of your business because you don't know a damn thing about the subject matter, then turned tail and ran when you couldn't take the heat any longer... I've seen you do this repeatedly, and apparently Justin, below, has seen it too.
Recommendation: Stay out of discussions unless you really know what you're talking about. Got it, ace?

Captain,
I'm still waiting for your response to my questions, since you implied I'm sort of simpleton when it comes to quarterbacking, and your an expert.
I know you didn't read my response. I understand your probably a busy guy.
Why don't you read it and get me the answers by the end of the day.
Justin
