Trouble Brewing In The Bronx?
09/16/2009
Grew up in the 'boogie down' Bronx, became a Yankee fan, learned the game in the M&M era and have been following the team since. As a true sports fan I enjoy watching most sports and follow most local NY/NJ teams.
Hello Buddy, take a look at this important article. It will most likely be my last on bleacher report. Feel free to pass it around. Thank you very much and God Bless!

Hey there!
Today, I go back in time ten years ago in which the All Star Game was celebrated at Fenway Park in Boston. Arguably the most emotional All Star Game of all time as we celebrated a legend in Ted Williams who would not be with us much longer. But throughout the game, Williams' farewell had truly inspired the AL to win this game. Take a look back as I run down this historic game

The biggest week of games to date this season begins for the Mets with Six games against the Phillies and the Yankees, its a real test for a team that has dealt with quite a bit during this early part of the season. Randy, the New York Yankees open the 2009 season against the Baltimore Orioles. Much of the talk has been about 'finally' bringing a World Series Title back to the Bronx and while that's what I certainly hope for, I always try to remember how at only 19 they have blessed me a remarkable amount of success in my lifetime. There is hope in 2009 but here is a tribute to the New York Yankees of the past seasons and the many great moments they have given me- http://bleacherreport.com/articles/151546-tribute-to-my-favorite-baseball-team-the-new-york-yankees
