About Grant »

I'm a student at The College at Brockport SUNY with an insane love for the Buffalo Sabres. I've followed these guys from right when John Muckler finished ruining the team, to Ted Nolan being coach of the year and being fired for "meeting with" Hasek's wife. I died a little inside with "No Goal" and almost-as-infamous "No Goal 2." I still think the Stu Barnes trade was a poorly designed move, and I don't (completely) blame the front office for the departure of Drury and Briere.

Most Memorable Game Attended

Sabres 7-1 win over Carolina 3/14/08. The crowd was ballistic.
Most Unbreakable Sports Record

Gretzky's 50 goals in 39 games / 92 goals in a season. "He has 50 before anyone else has 30."
Ruth or Mays?

Babe did it on hot dogs and beer.
Unitas or Montana?

Unitas was one tough customer.

Duh. Jordan.
Gretzky or Orr?

Orr was the man, but Gretzky invented the NHL record book. Gretzky didn't get his number retired by the entire league for nothin'.

Edison (Edson) Pele.

Nicklaus. I would have said Tiger until he started bashing other sports. Keep in mind he plays "A game of leisure."
