About

I am a sports fan of all sports. My favorite teams are the Tigers, Red Wings, Pistons and Lions of the City of Detroit. However I also find great interest in the other teams in their leagues in case a Detroit team has to face them in the playoffs. The Lions are coming back! The college games are great in my opinion as well, starting with Michigan State and going from there. My favorite sport in college is football, but basketball and the other contest are great. In terms of the international sports - soccer (club and national teams), MMA (mainly UFC) and the Olympics keep my attention. Soccer is overseas is like combining all four major American sports. MMA is what boxing used to be and since there is no guarantee that a match can be over quickly or go the distance makes it intriguing. Olympics are always a great watch as anyone can win the gold, however it also proves the countries of the world can get along at least in sports.
