Hi James, I did have a hyperlink in my article. Not sure where it went but if you look at the article history screen it shows there was one in the original article.

Check them out here: http://soccernet.espn.go.com/team/_/id/169/stade-rennes?cc=5901 and "Stade Rennais Football Club (French pronunciation: [stɑd ʁɛ.nɛ]; commonly referred to as Stade Rennais, SRFC, or simply Rennes)" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stade_Rennais_F.C. Thanks for the quick follow up!

Hi James, thanks for the edit. Stade Rennais is also called Stade Rennes (or Rennes). Thanks again!

Thanks for the edits, James. Do you think it's generally better to say "Round 1" instead of "first round" when talking about the playoffs?

    James,
Thanks so much for the quick and detailed response. The info you provided will actually make my life a lot easier as I write 10+ articles each week and they all mention Raw and SmackDown a few times at least. Knowing I do not have to go back and make sure each instance of the word is in italics will make things a lot quicker for me. Of course, I will still italicize other applicable mentions of TV shows when I make reference to them.

If I can be honest, I do not know is this is something all of the editors are aware of because I am regularly told to italicize Raw and SmackDown by other editors if I miss doing it once or twice.

I just have to remember to save that info somewhere so if another editor gets on me for not italicizing I can reference it.

Thanks again for the extremely helpful response
    Chris

Hey James, I appreciate the edits on the undisputed title piece. I do have one question though. Why should Raw and SmackDown not be italicized? They are television shows and every other editor always tells me to italicize them if I forget to do it.
