Talor Battle is something special. Someone that can put up the numbers of a Geary Claxton but has more heart, will, determination, and clutch play ability than PSU has ever seen. This team will go as far as he can take them.
With 40,000 students at PSU, theres no reason the student section shouldn't be packed every single game no matter how bad the team is. But especially when the team is doing well, I certainly hope the hype and attendance increases in the next few games. I think the PSU squad probably needs one more big win before most PSU students will start to get excited though.
But they already have me.

Thanks for the comment on my article. I drove through the ice storm too, and so did all of the Purdue fans (from much further away). In my mind I feel other schools with an ice storm like that would still draw a large crowd for a ranked opponent like Purdue.
And I agree that the BJC will be packed for Michigan State. But the BJC has been packed several times in recent years for a game, only to be empty the very next game. I was hoping the success this team has brought to the table will warrant a more consistent and dedicated fan base, like the football games.
