My love of the game came from watching Monday night football with my dad and going to Bama games during the end of the Bryant era when my older sister was at Alabama. I played high school football myself and wanted to play in college but wasn't recruited. I enrolled at Alabama at only 17 years old in 1984 and was still developing physically. I decided to walk on the football team once but got very ill before winter training and had to drop out. I started playing rugby for Alabama that fall to get into shape for another shot but wound up getting seriously injured doing that so at that point I had to just stick to the books and be a fan.
Today I make my living as a computer programmer and live in Argo Alabama.
care for a fan add?

Walter : OL - you could add the DL to this. Look at their core hanging too. You have seen the light!
Inseason weight and core training not just for these which are the most obvious. Endurance to sustain is gone with guts hanging plus where is the power and muscle- it is gone to cause I and many others do not see it .... Saw them from the sideline and some of the weakest, skinniest arm skill guys- hanks, norwood, dre, milliner- frosh, even Maze who still packs some punch, and droves of other skill guys. Add Muscle and muscle endurance and you will change the results in the games being lost. Drop fat from the core will help too.
Love for you to check out my lastest article
