    No worries Roscoe — it's your article, so of course only keep the changes you are happy with. On the per cent issue, I think both ways are acceptable — over here (England) the big newspapers use 'per cent' but in America and with many other outlets the preference seems to be with 'percent'. Ultimately, it's whatever you are happiest with!
