"Hello Canada, and hockey fans in the United States and Newfoundland"
- Foster Hewitt
Anyways, I am a huge hockey fan. Born and raised in a small town on the lake shore of Lake Huron. Which is in Ontario, Canada. Big fan of the Leafs, but once Minnesota got a crack at a new franchise, I jumped on board, and never looked back. Sure I love my Leafs, but the Wild are my team, and always will be.
I am also a huge sucker for the Olympics. I glue myself in front of the television and watch non-stop. I don't care if the Olympics are winter or summer, both have pros and cons. I am looking forward for the 2010 Olympics in Vancouver, because for the first time in my life, the Olympics are on my home soil. So,
GO CANADA GO!
For the past year I got into the NFL. Buffalo, and Baltimore are the two teams I cheer for. Buffalo because they are close and always on T.V. and Baltimore because defense wins football games.
Another great league I follow is the CFL. I cheer for the Edmonton Eskimos and Toronto Argonauts. I just find the CFL really entertaining, and usually good games.
Not really into the MLB and NBA as much, two boring sports for me. Sure I will go and watch my local Jays play once or twice a year, but nothing to special.
I've been following F1 for the past 4 years or so. My uncle got me into the sport, and I have followed it ever since. I cheer for Button which sucks...for now. Also a fan of Robert Kubica, and Raikkonen.
