I was born and raised in Baton Rouge, LA and I have always had an obsession with baseball.

For my entire life, I have always pulled for the Texas Rangers (despite my family usually pulling for the Houston Astros). Why the Rangers, you ask, well my parents tell me when I was a kid I saw Nolan Ryan pitch, although I don't really remember it.

I am going to get married in August to the love of my life.

I am a high school math teacher here in Baton Rouge, and I am constantly trying to connect life to baseball.
