I am a 29-year-old teacher who has been a die-hard sports fan since I was born. I graduated from the University of Florida, where I covered the top-ranked volleyball team and softball team for the campus newspaper, the Alligator. After graduating, I was a freelance sports writer for the St. Pete Times covering high school football, baseball, basketball and softball.

This past baseball season, I started writing for an online baseball site, covering the Tampa Bay Rays. I attended numerous games as a member of the credentialed media. I picked a good season to start writing about the Rays.

I look forward to being a wonderful contributor to this site.
