Hey,
I know you are a big NBA fan and if you are a true NBA then you know of the travesty that is currently happening in Oklahoma City. I am not talking about the Sonics moving there, I am talking about Kevin Durant being held captive on that team.
The team is stuck in a perpetual cycle of rebuilding. How are they going to resign all those high draft picks? They can’t offer everyone one of those guys over $10M a year and if they sign Durant to the max offer of $14M a year, which they’ll have to, then they cannot afford to sign a good supporting cast to help him win.
So, what I am asking for you is to come help me out with FreeDurant.com and write little posts about why it would be great for Durant to come to your city and help your team win a championship.
If you are interested go here: http://www.freedurant.com/about there is an email link on the bottom of that page.
Let’s create a storm to get Durant out of OKC to a place where he can win a championship!
And the site is going to be going through some revamp soon, just taking a while to get the graphics done.

Washington is capable of reaching the 2nd round of the playoff IMO. I don't know if they are capable of beating the top teams in the East, but they can certainly cause each of those teams some problems.

I feel that Washington got younger with the Foye trade though probably would've been better suited to keep the 5th pick and draft a young player who can take pressure off of the Big 3. Washington has some good pieces and if they stay healthy they are a legitimate 4-5 seed in the East, on the tier just below Cleveland, Boston, and Orlando. If Arenas stays healthy, Washington can do alot of damage under Flip. McGee has a chance to be a very solid piece, but age might mean that the Wizards are running low on time.

When it comes to Joe Smith, I really haven't heard too much about the Cavaliers pushing hard to get him. They are still working on getting Channing Frye, Linas Kleiza, and Antonio McDyess first and foremost to fill the PF spot. Smith is very well-liked around the fanbase, but a decision about him might not be made until later in the offseason, possibly just before training camps start up.
