About

NBA Featured Columnist and a member of the Breaking News Team.

An unbiased student of the art of basketball.

I hold no allegiance to any active teams or players. That tends to cloud judgement and create bias.

I care more for the game than the business, but I will touch upon the organizational aspect of the NBA when need be. It is unfortunate, but contractual negotiations play a major role in the league as we know it.

As you will find in my NBA Draft coverage and prospect evaluation, all 60 picks and those overlooked have the potential for greatness. Most importantly, not every player must be a star to be an intricate member of their team.

The nameless are often the most important.

If you take anything away from my profile, understand that basketball is an art before it is a business or sport. Once you embrace that truth, you will see the game in an entirely different way.

A beautiful and more gratifying way. The way I see and write of it.

WOW see its answers like that which is why I stick around with B/R writers it feels like most of the NBA fans I talked to don't break things down enough.

Ok here's another question for you I'm curious on your opinion on who is faster straight line speed between who I think are DEF the top 3 fastest players in the league

    A. Derrick Rose (When healthy)
    B. John Wall
    C. Ty Lawson

if you had to power rank these guys on speed from slowest to fastest how would it go. Russell Westbrook is right there but doesn't quite make the cut.

A lot of people think each of these guys are the fastest I think I would give Wall the VERY slight edge over Rose with Lawson finishing at a VERY close 3rd.

It's subjective really but whats your thoughts?
