Mostly agree with your selections for the USMNT. You're like many of us who don't want to see Bornstein getting the call. That said, he probably will. The biggest mistake I think you made is leaving Bedoya off the list. Three reasons: First, you're bringing 5 central midfielders and only 3 outside mids, even when Dempsey could see significant time at forward. We'd be too weak on the wings should anything at all happen. Second, Torres and Feilhaber are the same type of player, attacking central mid with questionable defensive help and a spark of creativity. Third: Feilhabers form and fitness have been somewhat suspect in Denmark recently and Torres has been shaky in his (few) international appearances. I say drop your least favorite of the two and add Bedoya. You should catch some more Swedish Allsvenskan matches. Bedoya's notching points almost every match and has Orebo near the top of the table. He also provided one of the few sparks the USMNT had against the Netherlands and was crucial to the buildup of our goal in that match. The last player to come into the summer on good form in Sweden and to low expectations? Charlie Davies - 2009 Confederations Cup. I think you ought to reevaluate that pick.
