Besides trying to use my creativity in the field of writing to pursue my passion, I have been very passionate about Liverpool Football Club since 2001. I started supporting LFC because of Nick Barmby, strangely, and soon he left for Leeds. I still remember tipping Liverpool for the title in the penultimate season under manager Gerard Houllier when it began with 30 points from the first 12 games. I am still waiting for the title from my favourites since, though I do not complain if we land short time and time again.
Even though it maybe a bit unrealistic, I would one day want to manage the Liverpool Team. I love playing football but do not have anything to show for it but I believe I will be able to earn the licenses required to be eligible for managing a football club.
I also follow Tennis - Marat Safin, Djokovic, Sharapova and Wozniacki being my favorites. Kimi Raikkonen is my hero in the sport of Motor-Racing (Formula 1). In the NBA, I follow the New Jersey Nets since Jason Kidd and company lost in the finals to the Lakers.
When it comes to writing - I have written lots of poems and short stories. Some of my poems are on my blog. In college I wrote a novel and after that while working I completed a screenplay. At the moment I am loving it as a writer for B/R.

Hey man,
I just published my first article for the internship I'm doing with B/R.
I'd very much appreciate it if you could take a look and tell me what you think.
You're my favorite liverpool writer on B/R presently, so I value your opinion.
Thank you.
Feel free to start the comments. haha.
No worries man,
I know how much a compliment on your writing can do for a writer. We're not in it for the money. haha.
Being a writer/editor myself, I appreciate reading quality insight and well thought out articles. It's a shame that pretty much anyone can write on B/R these days, whether they have any apparent writing experience or not.
Keep up the good work, you're one of the very few that I've read on B/R that takes his craft seriously. I never get the feeling that your posts are trying to meet a quota or simply regurgitating what others have already pointed out numerous times.
Good luck and perhaps we can collaborate on things in the future.
Shubbankar -
We all struggle with harsh feedback at first. However, I think ultimately the public forum makes us better off. It forces us to work that much harder and re-affirm the assumptions inherent within our work.
Thick skin is a necessary component of online media -- for better or worse.
Keep up the great work!
Tony
Shubbankar -
Just wanted to say that I have enjoyed reading your recent additions to the LFC homepage. I particularly find your use of statistics in searching for talent intriguing. Great work all around!
