I am a St. Louis native who oddly list none of the St. Louis pro teams amongst his favorites. I am a former collegiate athlete in track and field and to this day still enjoy participating in sports as much as possible, though those opportunities are few and far between.

In August of 2011 I decided to combine my passions for sports, writing, and arguing to pursue career as a sports and pop culture writer and media personality, and I am embracing this opportunity to hone my craft. I hope to provide my readers with thoughtful and provocative columns, and I highly encourage readers to comment on my pieces, and even challenge my ideas, for that is the only way I will improve.
