I am a father of one with an extensive writing background. I currently post and submit writings mostly on the UFC, Canadian and Regional Mixed Martial Arts scene.

I participated in many sports growing up including hockey, baseball, basketball, lacrosse and martial arts, but realized that I was in tough to make it and turned to writing about it instead. I've studied mixed martial arts from ten years old, with a specific interest in Bruce Lee and Jeet Kune Do, until I retired in 2005 because I was getting injured in practice and could not recover for my 9 to 5 job!

I still play hockey and baseball and I stay in shape for health, not because I'm training for my next big game!!

    Brand new B/R MMA rankings are currently being put together by myself and Brian Oswald. We're going even deeper into the writer rankings than last time. The top thirty writers are invited to share there opinion. Were looking for your top five fighters to each division. Meaning a 1-5 for each, lightweight to heavyweight. Finally we need a top 10 P4P list.
