I am a lifelong Mets and baseball fan. Even while living in Italy I always bought what ever US paper (pre-internet) I could in order to read about my guys.
I have education and art degress from various Universities which I do not use and I am looking forward to retirement in the next 2-3 years.
At that time I will upgrade my Mets tickets and attend as many home and away games as I can. I love a good road trip. A really good one was to Toronto which I think was the first year of interleague play.
My office looks like a Mets shrine and all Yankee fans are required to stay in the hall and beg for permission to enter.
