I am from a small town in New Jersey surrounded by fans of all the local teams: Giants, Yankees, Knicks. As a young boy, I decided I would be different and search for new teams. My first NFL game was a Jets vs Seahawks. I'll always remember that after their 14-37 loss, although they looked rusty, my love of the Seahawks, and more importantly sports in general, was born. Ever since, I have found teams from far away that had promise, like the Phoenix Suns, the San Diego Padres, and the Stanford Cardinal, and clung to them.
